Elizabeth “Bibba” Ann Ballard, 74, of Star City passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. She was born in Stuttgart, AR on June 19, 1951 to the late Frances and Laura Fricker Reinhart.
Elizabeth was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Star City and JRMC Women’s Auxiliary. She loved camping, her dogs, and fishing. She was an ER Tech for Jefferson Regional Medical Center.
Also preceding her in death is her brother Joe Reinhart.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Ronny Ballard, one son, Steven Ballard (Christy) of Star City, a daughter, Rhonda Light (Steve) of Star City, two brothers, Mike Reinhart of Hot Springs and Tommy Reinhart of Eureka Springs, and a sister, Sandra Kortenber of Hot Springs, four grandchildren, Mandi Shell (Randall), Justin Light, Taylor Light, Logan Ballard, and four great-grandchildren, Ryler Shell, Madisyn Shell, Austin Light, and Millie Shell.
Memorial Services will be held 10:00AM Saturday, January 10, 2026 at Griffin Funeral Service in Star City with Bro. Toby Austin officiating.
