Applications are now available for the 42nd Annual Pine Bluff Interested Citizens for Voter Registration (PBICVR) Original KingFest™ MLK Marade/Parade. This event honors the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. through community service and interracial cooperation.
The marade/parade will take place in downtown Pine Bluff, AR on the King Holiday, which is Monday, January 19, 2026. Applications can be picked up now through Thursday, January 15, 2026 at the PBICVR office located in the Donald W. Reynolds Community Services Center at 211 West 3rd Avenue, Suite 109, in Pine Bluff.
