1936-2025
Jerry Kenneith White, 89, of Monticello, passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2025. He was born September 12, 1936, in the old union community to the late Edger Houston White and Bessie Pearl Burt White.
Jerry was a member of Holly Springs Missionary Baptist Church for thirty plus years, and he loved spending time with all his family.
He was a retired master plumber, and a loving husband to his wife Nancy for 59 years, and a caring father to his three children Tammy (Buddy), Jeanie (Otis), and Ben. Jerry had ten grandchildren: Brandy (Shawn), Tonya, Jerri Denise (Chris), Sabrina (Cyrus), Bo, Chase (Peyton), Brianna, Ashe, Alexis (Zachary) and Samuel. He had fourteen great-grand-children: Kaitlyn, Mackenzie, Sydney, Aiden, Tiarra, Brandon, Justin, Rachel, Elyssa, Alana, Brody, Braelynn, Walker, and Nancy Lou. He had seven great-great grandchildren; Chandler, Paisley, Ryker, Jesse, Everly, Sofia, and Kiara. Jerry had an abundance of nieces, nephews, and cousins that he was close to.
He was preceded in death by his mother, father, and his seven siblings: Robbie, Eugene, Margaret, Lavern, Lester, Evelynn, and Eddie.
Memorial Services will be held Sunday, December 14, 2025, at Griffin Funeral Service Chapel at 2:00 PM with Bro. Cody Andrews and Bro. Kirby Sneed officiating. Arrangements by Griffin Funeral Service.
