Historic Downtown Monticello comes alive with music and lights during the 31st annual Carols of Christmas Parade on Dec 2, 6 pm!
A pre-parade reception from 5:00 – 6:00 pm, at Union Bank, 102 W McCloy, offers everyone wonderful holiday treats and opportunities to meet Miss Arkansas and the parade judges. The Town Square will be full of activity from 4:00 – 5:30 pm with special holiday refreshments, games and rides on the Santa Train Trackless Train. Our 31st Annual Carols of Christmas Parade begins at 6 pm.
