The 2025 Pine Bluff Regional Veterans Parade is scheduled for November 15, 2025, at 10 a.m. in downtown Pine Bluff. U.S. veteran and Tuskegee Airman Thomas Franklin Vaughns will serve as the grand marshal. Join in to honor our Veterans in Southeast Arkansas. The parade will begin in front of the Jefferson County Courthouse on Main Street, continue south on Main Street to E. 8th Avenue, turn left (east) on 8th Avenue and continue to the Pine Bluff Convention Center.
