Residents and visitors are invited to discover the hidden gems of downtown Pine Bluff every Thursday from 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. This experience honors Wiley Jones, the pioneering African American entrepreneur who established one of the first Black-owned streetcar systems in American right here in Pine Bluff in 1886. We will provide FREE trolley rides (sponsored by Downtown Development) along designated routes centered around Main Street during these hours.
The trolley service will create a convenient transportation loop connecting downtown businesses, cultural institutions, and public spaces, making it easier for visitors to explore multiple locations in a single evening.
