On August 4, 2025, the Pine Bluff City Council unanimously approved Resolution #4926, granting the Mayor authorization to enter into a formal partnership with YEAH8 Arts & Motion. The City of Pine Bluff is proud to announce a historic partnership with YEAH8 Arts & Motion, a youth-centered enrichment initiative dedicated to fostering creativity, mindfulness, and academic growth.
The partnership will officially launch with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Friday, September 12, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the Chester Hynes Community Center, 2101 W. 11th Ave., Pine Bluff, AR.,
YEAH8 Arts & Motion provides innovative opportunities for young people to explore science, technology, the arts, and personal development through hands on immersive programming. This collaboration represents a major step forward in the City’s ongoing commitment to providing youth with positive outlets, skills development, and pathways to success.
“Investing in our youth means investing in the future of Pine Bluff,” said Mayor Flowers. “This partnership with YEAH8 Arts & Motion will help equip our young people with the tools they need to thrive—academically, socially, and creatively.”
The community is invited to attend the ribbon cutting and celebrate this milestone moment. Open House for YEAH8 Arts & Motion will be held on Friday, September 12,, 2025, from 4 PM – 6 PM.
