On October 3, 2019 Officers of the Pine Bluff Police Department responded to a call that was stated to be a wrong doing that involved a woman. This started a search for the woman and her vehicle. Officers then found a vehicle returning to the woman on the Martha Mitchell Overpass. While searching the area, officers located the body of a white female lying in a grassy area under the overpass. The female has been identified as 40 year old Angel Dawn Sebring of Pine Bluff.
Daniel Jones is actively being searched for as the suspect. Jones is a balding 43 year old white male that is 6’3 and 245 lbs. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans.
This is Pine Bluff’s 24th homicide of the year.
