Starting a small business will be the program in Monticello on Tuesday. This is an introductory event to explain and introduce the steps and resources available for those who wish to start their own small business. Mallory Race of the Small Business and Entrepreneurship Development will be the presenter. Tuesday from 3-5pm at the Monticello library.
