Delta Rivers Nature Center is excited to invite everyone to our Nature Quilter programs! The Nature Quilters program kick-off will start on October 4th for Nature Quilters and on October 5th for Jr. Nature Quilters, anytime between 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. This program will be on the first Friday and Saturday of each month from October 2024 to May 2025! Nature Quilter: This hands-on program series will teach the basics of American quilt-making while exploring Native American heritage. Participants don’t need any prior quilting experience.
Jr. Nature Quilters: This hands-on program will teach kids the basics of American quilt-making. Younger kids will personalize fabric blocks that will be sewn into a quilt to be displayed at the Delta Rivers Nature Center. The older kids will learn how to operate a sewing machine and create unique items. No prior experience is required to participate.
