Celebrate Take Your Child to the Library Day with everyone’s favorite blue heeler and her family, Bluey!
Dumas Library is hosting a “Bluey Bash” on Saturday, February 3, from 11-1. It will be a day full of crafts, play areas, scavenger hunts, and more. Families and children are welcome to attend! Most of the activities are geared towards kids ages 7 & younger, but older siblings and friends are welcome as well.
Mrs. Shari with A-State Childcare Aware will also be at our event with an informational booth and goodies for kids and parents.
Take Your Child to the Library Day is an international initiative encouraging families to take their children to their local library! Take Your Child to the Library Day raises awareness in communities about the importance of libraries in a child’s life. It also promotes other library services and programs for children and their families.
