Zebras’ PG Troy’reon Ramos Signs With Arkansas Baptist

Pine Bluff Zebras’ Troy’reon Ramos recently signed his National Letter of Intent to play basketball at Arkansas Baptist College in the fall.

The Zebras senior point guard averaged 16.7 points, 3 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals per game this season. He helped lead the Zebras to consecutive 5A-South Conference championships and a 5A state semifinal run while garnering All-State honors in the process.

Pine Bluff Head Basketball Coach Billy Dixon talked about the type of player and young man the Buffalo’s are getting:

The Arkansas Baptist athletic teams, known athletically as the Buffaloes, are members as part of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), primarily competing in the Continental Athletic Conference, basically as an independent school.
