A $50,000 bond was set Thursday for a Pine Bluff woman on drug and weapons-related charges.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Ashley Rosebeck with possession of controlled substance methamphetamine, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Reading from a probable cause affidavit from White Hall Police Investigator Clayton Cantrell, Deputy Prosecutor Beth Carson said White Hall Police stopped a green van on Sunday that had no license plate and learned the man who was driving the van was a probationer on active supervision and had a search waiver on file. They began to search the van where Rosebeck was a passenger.

The Public Defender’s Office was appointed to represent Rosebeck and she was told to come back to court Aug. 17.
