A Pine Bluff teenager was arrested Tuesday after leading police on a high speed chase on I-530.

Tyress Lancaster, 19, was taken into custody after he crashed the car he was driving into a guardrail.

During a court hearing Friday, Deputy Prosecutor Maxie Kizer said that speeds during the chase reached 130 miles per hour.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set a $5,000 bond for Lancaster after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with felony fleeing.

He was also cited for speeding, reckless driving, no seat belt and minor in possession of alcohol. He said he would hire his own attorney.
