West added that Dismuke has previous charges of failure to appear out of Pine Bluff and North Little Rock District courts.

Pine Bluff District Judge Kim Bridgeforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with leaving the scene of an accident with injury and felony fleeing. Other charges include driving with a suspended license, no insurance, and expired tags. He said he would hire his own attorney and was told to return to court on January 26th.
