Since Christmas is the season of giving, the Star City Library will surprise its adult patrons with a chance to win three Christmas book baskets filled with goodies to make reading time even more enjoyable.
The baskets will include a cozy blanket, four to five hardcover or paperback Christmas titles and some hot cocoa mix to just sit down and read, relax and enjoy a hot beverage on a chilly winter night.
Patrons who read books from the library’s collection will be entered into the gift basket drawing for every third book read. The giveaway starts on December 3, 2018 and will end on December 20, 2018. The drawing for the gift baskets will be held at noon on December 21, 2018. Winners will be notified by phone and can pick up the baskets at the library, located at 200 East Wiley Street in Star City, AR (71667).
