WHPD Officer Harley Herron recognized by the State of Arkansas and City of White Hall

White Hall Police Officer Harley Herron has been recognized by the State of Arkansas and the White Hall City Council for being the first White Hall Police Department officer to save a life by using Naloxone/Narcan for a drug overdose.
