After winning the South Central Pageant in Pine Bluff earlier this year, White Hall 2022 graduate Isabella Soto is in Little Rock this week competing in her first Miss Arkansas Pageant.
She was a guest on Sunrise Deltaplex with Rick Walker and talked about why she chose Stroke Awareness as her platform.
She performs in the talent portion of the pageant tonight and talked about the rest of the schedule for the week.
Isabella will be attending the University of Arkansas this fall and talked about her future plans.
The competition will conclude on Saturday night with the crowning inside the beautiful Robinson Performance Hall.
