White Hall’s annual Memorial Day program scheduled for May 25 will be conducted in a different way this year due to the COVID-19 crisis that is currently ongoing, according to a press release.

This year, the program will be a drive by program at the Veterans Memorial located at the White Hall Museum. Patrons driving through will be able to see banners remembering KIA/MIA in addition to displays honoring Gold Star Families.

Residents are encouraged to place wreathes in front of the memorial in memory of friends or loved ones who have served and who have passed away.

The press release noted that the Museum hopes to be able to hold their usual ceremony once again next year.
