UPDATE 10/15/2020 AT 12:50 P.M.:
The BOLO for Eric Davis by the White Hall Police Department has been canceled.
Davis turned himself in to the White Hall Police Department today at about 12:15p.m., and has been booked into the W.C. “Dub” Brassell Detention Center.
Davis should have his probable cause hearing Friday in Jefferson County District Court according to the White Hall Police Department.
ORIGINAL STORY:
On October 11, at approximately 2:15 a.m. the White Hall Police Department responded to an address on White Hall Avenue regarding a possible shooting.
The follow up investigation has developed probable cause to arrest Eric Davis for 4 counts of Aggravated Assault.
Anyone having information regarding the location of Davis is asked to call the White Hall Police Department, CID Inv. C. Cantrell at (870)247-1414.
Davis was last seen in a silver 2005 Chrysler 300- AR 739ZGH.
Davis should also be considered armed and dangerous.
