The Watson Chapel Fire Department is fighting a wildfire in the area of South Ramick Road.
Social media rumors are circulating stating an evacuation order is in place. The Watson Chapel Fire Department has dispelled the rumor on their Facebook page:
”As of right now we have not issued an evacuation order. We have several crews at several different locations monitoring the situation very carefully. If an evacuation order is issued, details will be posted to the fire department’s Facebook page and Sulphur Springs Watch Group page.“
