With an election planned in May on extending the go Forward sales tax for another seven years, as well as adding a tax devoted strictly to public safety, Go Forward Pine Bluff CEO Ryan Watley was a guest on the Oldies 1013 morning show Thursday and was asked why to Go Forward was created.

“That’s kind of what happened,” Watley said.

He then talked about the school systems.

“People ask why Go Forward Pine Bluff, that’s kind of it in a nutshell,” he said.
