Vivian Flowers current State Representative, explains why she’s giving up her “safe seat” to run for PB Mayor

Current State Representative Vivian Flowers, who has served nearly 10 years in the Arkansas General Assembly is one of six candidates who have filed for Mayor of Pine Bluff in the March 5 Democratic primary.

Appearing on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show Wednesday, host Greg Horne asked Flowers why she was giving up a relatively safe legislative seat to get into a race with five other candidates.

Flowers mentioned issues and Horne asked her what those issues are.
