The State Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the two people who were killed last Saturday in a camper trailer fire on Goodfaith Road.

Andrea McCain, 37, and Santez Miller, no age listed, were identified with DNA, Jefferson County Coroner Chad Kelley said Friday. The cause of death was listed as carbon monoxide, smoke and soot inhalation. The manner of death is still to be determined.

Pine Bluff Fire and Emergency Services personnel and Pine Bluff Police responded to the fire at 4811 Goodfaith Road at approximately 7:01 a.m. and found the bodies inside the camper trailer.

Firefighters also learned that a third person was trapped inside a smoke-filled shop building near the camper and rescued him. That person, who has not been identified, was taken to Jefferson Regional Hospital for treatment.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
