On Wednesday night, detectives went to a house in the 3800 block of Mt. Tabor Road just south of Cabot and the four suspects were arrested. The sheriff’s office said that the four people share an address.

41-year-old Timmy Hubmann, 41-year-old Christy Lea Dennis, 64-year-old Robert Garner, and 44-year-old Robert Lloyd Clark, all of Cabot are charged with capital murder, abuse of a corpse, and tampering with physical evidence.

It was later determined that Bushart’s body was carried by the suspects to Independence County where it was placed in a dumpster. The state crime lab later identified the victim as 49-year-old James Bushart of Lonoke County. Captain David Bufford with the Lonoke County Sheriff’s Office said that these types of investigations in that community are few and far between. “Any homicide, any suspicious death is always taken very seriously. Of course, even suicides are even treated as a homicide before it’s ruled out, so yes, it’s very serious to us,” Captain Bufford said.

All four suspects are being held in the Lonoke County jail with no bond.
