PINE BLUFF – Police have released the name of a homicide victim found shot dead early Monday morning.
The Pine Bluff Police Department (PBPD) says Travis Scales, 32, was found around 12:45 a.m. inside a home in the 5100 block of W. 6th Avenue.
The PBPD says there is not yet any suspect information or a known motive.
