Black Male / Black-Brown Hair / 4’6″ / 100 lbs
Missing from: Pulaski County, Arkansas
Melvin was last seen around 10:30am on Thursday, December 22nd in the area of 1800 Reservoir Road in Little Rock, AR. At the time he was last seen, Melvin was wearing a red and black camo jacket and black pants.
