UAPB Men Hoops: Shaun Doss Jr. Named SWAC Player of the Week
PINE BLUFF, AR. – The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff men’s basketball graduate guard Shaun Doss Jr. has been named SWAC Player of the Week following a standout showing in the last two games, the conference announced Tuesday.
Doss played a significant role in helping the Golden Lions win five of the last six conference games. Doss, who leads the conference in scoring, averages 17.0 ppg, poured in two consecutive games scoring 20 points or more, averaging 26.5 points per game this past week. He scored a season-high 30 points to go along with six rebounds, one block and one assist against Grambling State on Monday.
