With frigid weather and snow forecasted for Central Arkansas over the next several days, the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff has made changes to the upcoming athletics schedule:
- Sunday’s home volleyball match against Jackson State has moved to Thursday, Feb. 25 at 5 p.m.
- Monday’s home basketball doubleheader vs. Alcorn has moved to Wednesday. The women’s game will start at Noon, with the men’s game scheduled for 2:45 p.m.
- Tuesday’s home volleyball match against Miss. Valley St. has moved from 6 p.m. to noon.
- Next weekend’s softball home games vs. Eastern Illinois have been cancelled.
Inclement weather earlier in the week cancelled other Golden Lion Athletics events:
- Softball at Northwestern State Tournament; Natchitoches, La. Feb. 12-14
- Men’s Golf at SWAC Dual and SWAC Invitational; Birmingham, Ala Feb. 14-16
