The University of Arkansas at Monticello Athletic Department will host an athletic fundraiser on Aug. 23 at the McGehee Men’s Club, located at 1 Crooked Bayou Drive in McGehee.
The fundraiser will get underway at 5:30 p.m. with happy hour followed at 6:30 p.m. by a live auction and dinner catered by Hoots BBQ of McGehee.
The primary function of the event is to raise funds to proovide support to more than 300 UAM student athletes. These contributions are vital for UAM Athletics, as they provide additional resources for recruiting, facility enhancements and operating expenses.
