Two suspects arrested on First Degree Murder charges stemming from Regional Park shooting in 2022

Two suspects turned themselves into the Pine Bluff Police Department on charges of First Degree Murder and other charges stemming from the May 7, 2022 shooting at Regional Park that left 18-year-old Terry Johnson, Jr. dead and three other victims wounded, to include an 11-year-old victim.

20-year-old Clifton Westmoreland of Pine Bluff turned himself in on charges of First Degree Murder. He was previously charged with three counts of battery in the first degree following the incident and bonded out on a $75,000 bond in May. The upgraded charge for first degree murder led to an additional warrant being issued for his arrest in the matter, according to documents obtained by Deltaplex News.

21-year-old Tamaric Milton of Pine Bluff turned himself in on charges of First Degree Murder, three counts of Battery in the First Degree, which caused serious injury with a weapon, and Discharge of a Firearm from a vehicle, according to documents obtained by Deltaplex News.

Both Milton and Westmoreland bonded out on $250,000 secured bonds after turning themselves in. 10 percent of the bond plus bond fees were required for both suspects to be released on bond. 

No information has been provided on pending court dates for either suspect.
