A lawsuit filed by the City of Tull against a mobile home park is set for trial in January, according to the Sheridan Headlight newspaper.
The Grant County city alleges that Aaron Morehart Mobile Park is violating a city ordinance and continues to move items onto the property despite being warned not to until the legal challenge is heard.
Tull City Attorney Kristin Riggan told the council she had been in contact with the attorney for the mobile home park about the new allegations.
Multiple efforts to resolve the conflict have been unsuccessful.
