A traffic stop by a White Hall Police officer Saturday resulted in the arrest of a Pine Bluff man on drug and weapons charges.

Oscar Lee, 42, was taken into custody after Officer Brock Spear stopped a white Lincoln Navigator driven by Lee.

Reading from an affidavit by White Hall Police Investigator Ryan Edwards, Deputy Prosecutor Karres Manning explained the details of the arrest.

Manning said Lee is currently out on bond and has pending charges stemming from a drug related arrest in 2021.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set a $10,000 bond for Lee Monday after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. Lee said he would hire his own attorney.
