Topps, Inc. is getting ready for a big celebration on August 13th. That day marks the 20th anniversary of the Pine Bluff organization that provided needed programs for kids in the area.
The founder of Topps, Annette Dove, joined Rick Walker on Sunrise Deltaplex to talk about their history.
Topps is looking to expand into an even bigger facility, due to space limitations and Dove explained more about that.
She added that Topps uses many volunteers and could use more.
