The Boys and Girls Club met with Deltaplex News to discuss the club’s 75th anniversary and the kickball tournament that they host in honor of that. According to the CEO, Nyeisha Aldridge, the tournament will be on July 10th at Townsend Park and will feature Alumni, family, and friends.
Aldridge explained who is eligible and the requirements for teams.
After being asked how the community can sign up, Aldrige said to call 870-850-7500 Extention 102 or visit the Boys and Girls Club site at 2701 Short Reeker. She said she expects there to be at least 10 teams in the tournament and explained how the event will be organized,
