After missing a year because of the COVID-19 pandemic, Forward Fest returns to Pine Bluff this Saturday at the Pine Bluff- Jefferson County Regional Park.

On Thursday, Tavante Calhoun of Go Forward Pine Bluff was a guest on the Oldies 1013 morning show and talked about the event, saying that this year will be bigger than the last time Forward Fest was conducted.

Calhoun said one of the biggest events will be the Arkansas River Bass and Catfish Fishing Tournament and there will be a lot of big money prizes.

While events during Forward Fest, including the concert are free, Calhoun said there will be a $5 parking fee to help cover security, then had this exchange with morning show host Greg Horne.
