Christy Lea Dennis, Robert Garner, Robert Lloyd Clark and Timmy Toe Hubmann are facing charges of capital murder, abuse of a corpse and tampering with physical evidence.
The Lonoke County Sheriff’s Office says it has made four arrests in the investigation of a suspicious death in Independence County. A body found outside a home on Monday is being investigated as a suspicious death. The Independence County Sheriff’s Office has issued an update Thursday saying the victim is a 49-year-old man.
Investigators are not releasing any further information at this time.
