Allegations by a black female that she was the victim of racially related threats while in Sissy’s Log Cabin last week have been described by law enforcement as untrue who viewed store video of the incident.

The allegations were made on social media which generated a lot of responses, both pro and con, and according to Bill Jones, the CEO of Sissy’s, have been difficult to deal with.

Jones appeared on the Oldies 101.3 morning show and said after the woman posted her claims, he tried to reach out to her by posting his personal cell phone number but said she has not responded.

Jones also said that although the Pine Bluff store is the smallest one of all the stores the family operates, it is what he described as “our mothership.”

“We love Pine Bluff,” he said. “We live here.”

The full interview with Bill Jones will be replayed at 5:03 PM Tuesday on Oldies 101.3 FM.
