The Pine Bluff Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing 75-year-old man.
Arkansas State Police say that Otey Moss was last known to be at 200 West Reeker Street near the U of A Pine Bluff campus around 2:30 a.m. Saturday.
Moss was last seen wearing khaki pants and a khaki shirt. He is described as 5-foot-10 and 270 pounds with short grey hair and brown eyes.
