A Pine Bluff woman who was arrested Sunday on a misdemeanor shoplifting charge is facing felony allegations after she was searched while being booked into the adult jail.

During a court hearing Monday, Deputy Prosecutor Beth Carson said Detective Tamina Smith had been contacted by the jail about what deputies found while searching Danialle Eason.

Carson said Eason, 34, has no felony criminal history and Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set a $15,000 bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Eason with two counts of furnishing prohibited articles.

Eason said she would hire her own attorney.
