In addition to promoting Arkansas residents getting the COVID-19 vaccine, the State’s senior senator, John Boozman on Wednesday talked about his opposition to the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan that passed in the U.S. Senate with no Republican Party votes, and his thoughts on voting laws which passed in the U.S. House of Representatives and are currently in the Senate awaiting action.

In a wide-ranging interview with Deltaplex News, Boozman also discussed a meeting he and Senator Tom Cotton had on Tuesday with agricultural officials from the state.

Boozman also explained his no vote on the American Rescue Plan.
