In a story last week, Carlton Saffa, Chief Market Officer for the Saracen Casino talked about efforts to prevent foreign actors from operating on-line gambling casinos in the state as a part of a proposal currently before the state Racing Commission, which regulates gambling.
Today, Saffa explains another part of the proposal, NIL lotteries.
Saffa appeared on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show and host Greg Horne asked him to explain how 50-50 drawings work.
Saffa went on to explain that he had done research and determined that the state lottery could no do drawings because of the way their role is established in the state constitution and charities could not do it either.
