Questions about the future of the King Cotton Holiday Basketball Tournament were answered Monday as Tournament Director Sam Glover announced that it will return in December.
Glover appeared on the Deltaplex Radio Network with the announcement.
Oldies 1013 Morning Show host Greg Horne told Glover that in the past, the tournament has made a big push to bring in teams that have really good players and asked if that would be the same this year.
Glover also explained the format that will be used this year.

Held at the renovated Pine Bluff Convention Center, King Cotton’s reputation for star talent extends to its earliest days. Since it was founded in 1982, the tournament has garnered national media attention, including on ESPN. This year, King Cotton will be held from Dec. 27-30.
