Earlier this week, Jefferson County Judge Gerald Robinson appeared on the Oldies 1013 morning show and talked about seeing the activity around the Saracen Casino.
On Thursday, Saracen Chief Market Officer Carlton Saffa was a guest on the show and was asked about that activity.
Saffa said initial work will be to the pad or foundation because of changes that have been made to the size of the event center to make it bigger.
“A month from now you will probably see movement and a month after that more movement,” Saffa said.
He then went on to talk more about the hotel which he said, “will be the nicest in Arkansas.”
