Judas Priest frontman Rob Halford, Sammy Hagar and Guns N’ Roses bassist Duff McKagan are among the well-known rockers who have joined the lineup for the upcoming Ronnie James Dio virtual birthday celebration.

As previously reported, the online event takes place July 10, which would’ve marked the late metal icon’s 79th birthday. It’ll feature a variety of performances, interviews and “special birthday messages” from the participating artists.

Other newly added guests include ex-Skid Row singer Sebastian Bach, Tenacious D, Judas Priest drummer Scott Travis, longtime Motörhead drummer Mikkey Dee, current Thin Lizzy frontman Ricky Warwick, former Whitesnake drummer Brian Tichy, one-time Ted Nugent  vocalist Derek St. Holmes, Halestorm‘s Lzzy Hale and more.

Previously announced artists taking part in the event include Black Sabbath‘s Tony Iommi, Deep Purple‘s Glenn Hughes, current Guns N’ Roses drummer Frank Ferrer, former GN’R guitarist Gilby Clarke, Lita Ford, drumming brothers Carmine and Vinnie Appice, and various alums of the Dio band.

The event will air via the streaming platform Rolling Live Studios. It’ll raise money for the Stand Up and Shout Cancer Fund, a charity founded in Dio’s memory following his death from stomach cancer.
