The Pine Bluff Regional Chamber of Commerce announces a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the opening of The Irene Holcomb Bark Park on November 16, 2018.
This event will be held at 11:00am at 1610 West Third Avenue (the corner of University Drive and Third Avenue) in Pine Bluff, AR. The community is welcomed to bring their dogs to the park, according to a news release.
