The Pine Bluff Police Department is offering a substantial reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Daniel Jones. Jones is wanted in connection with the murder of Angel Sebring whose body was located under an overpass on October 3rd. He is a balding 43-year-old white male that is 6’3 and 245 lbs. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans.
