The Pine Bluff Planning Commission unanimously approved a rezoning request for a future Cick-fil-A restaurant at the southeast corner of Olive Street and I-530. The property is rezone 5.5 acres of land from R-1, Residential to B-3, Highway Commercial in preparation for the restaurant.

The request was approved during a Zoom meeting with the Planning Commission on Tuesday.

The request was made by Lisciotti Development Corporation. The corporation is planning to build a 4,947 square-foot Chick-fil-A at the location.
