Pine Bluff senior quarterback William Howell has been named the Week Six Kevin Bonnette State Farm Deltaplex Player of the Week after a fantastic performance last week in the Zebra’s win over Beebe.
Howell spoke with Deltaplex News to give his thoughts on what it means to him to earn the award.
The Zebra’s have used a two-quarterback system this year with Howell being one of those guys. He spoke about the success the Z’s are having with the system.
Howell said that he and his teammates believe in what new head coach Michael Williams is doing at Pine Bluff.
He also spoke about his goals for the remainder of the season.
