The Pine Bluff Police Department is investigating the fourth homicide of 2020.
At about 2:15 A.M. officers responded to 5004 W. Barraque in reference to a shooting. On arrival, officers located a male victim with a single gunshot wound lying just outside of the residence. The male was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim has been identified as 45-year-old Demetrius Foreman of Pine Bluff. He was pronounced deceased at 3:08 A.M. by Deputy Coroner April Davis.
The Detective Office has identified 47 year old Joseph Delonte Dudley as a suspect in the homicide. Dudley is approximately 5’10” tall and 165 lbs and his photo is included below. Dudley is possibly driving a 2013 grey Dodge Dart with Arkansas license number 484XNH.

This is the second reported homicide within the Pine Bluff city limits in the past week. 21-year-old Leonico Florez was shot and killed at the 2400 block of McConnel Circle on Thursday, March 12.
